Speaking, educating and helping others to grow have always been a passion since childhood, which made it easy to step into the arena of real estate. Along with possessing exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills this allowed me to manage and promote sales and closures of New Construction homes in many communities in Florida.
Providing top customer service was key in building relationships with customers as well as realtors outside of new home construction. I found along with educating, coordinating and guiding customers through the entire sales process, real estate to be so fulfilling and rewarding. My growth in developing extensive social/business connections and knowledge of the home building industry afforded me the ability to exceed annual sales goals; becoming a top producing Certified New Homes Sales Professional with closing nearly 3 million dollars in sales annually.
I am currently working with Premier Coast Realty as the Broker’s assistant. This position has broadened my knowledge of general real estate. In this position I am responsible for managing the office, handling the day to day operations in supporting and upholding established procedures, policies and quality improvement. This also involves providing updates, feedback, coaching and coordinating closings with title attorneys.
As a resource to the agents, I ensure the quality reviews of contracts are in compliance of audit findings. My emerging leadership skills and effective communication allows me to attract the most qualified talent for our rapidly growing office through recruitment. In doing so this allows Premier Coast Realty to continue to soar to the top.
